Product features

The excess length of optical fiber in loose tube and the stranding pitch of loose tube shall be reasonably designed and controlled. The excess length of optical fiber in optical cable is sufficient, so that the optical cable has mechanical tensile strain characteristics and temperature characteristics

The loose tube material has good temperature characteristics, the tube is filled with moisture-proof optical fiber ointment, and the optical fiber transmission characteristics are stable for a long time

Phosphatized round steel wire with young's modulus is used as the central reinforcing member

All gaps between loose casing and cable core shall be filled with moisture-proof ointment and compound to prevent moisture and longitudinal water seepage

The double-sided film covered corrugated steel strip is longitudinally wrapped and closely bonded with the PE sheath. The radial moisture-proof of the optical cable enhances the lateral pressure resistance of the optical cable

The outer sheath has UV radiation resistance

The optical cable has small outer diameter, light weight, compact and tight structure and good bending performance
